Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and visits (if required).
• Maintain updated records of all transactions, receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the sales team to verify invoice details, credit limits, and payment terms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
• Resolve customer queries or disputes related to billing and payments in a timely manner.
• Support the accounts department in reconciling payments and updating ledgers.
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate chronic defaulters to management when necessary.
• Contribute to improving the company s cash flow through efficient collection strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/CRM software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
