Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview: & & & & & & & & We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Marketing Associate to support our online marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for a fresher with a strong passion for digital platforms, content creation, and an interest in the real estate sector. You will be instrumental in increasing the online visibility of our property listings and brand. & Key Responsibilities : & 1.Social Media Management & Content Support (SMM) & & & & & & & & & Assist in scheduling and posting engaging content (photos, videos, property tours, market updates) across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). & & & & & & & & Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and help manage online community engagement. & & & & & & & & Support the team in creating high-quality visual assets using tools like Canva or basic video editing software.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management & & & & & & & & & Write compelling, SEO-friendly property descriptions and blog content. & & & & & & & & Assist with basic on-page SEO tasks, including keyword research and metadata updates for new listings and website pages. & & & & & & & & Ensure all online property listings (on the company website and third-party portals) are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date. & 3. Analytics, Reporting & Campaigns & & & & & & & & & Track and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. & & & & & & & & Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). & & & & & & & & Help maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by ensuring new leads are properly captured and categorized. & 4. Email Marketing & & & & & & & & & Assist in the formatting, scheduling, and deployment of email newsletters to prospects and clients (e.g., new property alerts, open house invitations). & & & & & & & & Ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and is personalized where possible. & Required Skills : & Digital Proficiency: Basic knowledge of core digital marketing channels (SEO, SMM, Email Marketing). & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and compelling copywriting. & Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and/or a CRM tool is highly desirable (even from personal projects or certifications). & Soft Skills: High level of creativity, proactiveness, and a keen interest in following real estate and digital trends.
