Key Responsibilities

Administering and maintaining Salesforce systems, including creating and customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet specific business needs.

Setting up new user accounts, managing user licenses, profiles, and permissions, and providing user access to the appropriate data.
:
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data imports, cleanup, and deduplication.
:
Experience with SQL and Database queries.
:
Creating Test scenarios and Collecting Test Data.
:
Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet and MS Excel.
:
Creating, maintaining, and customizing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights and track business goals.
:
Identifying end:to:end scenarios and test scripting.
:
Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting technical issues
:
Managing integrations with other third:party software in Salesforce (Nice to have)
:
Documenting processes, changes to the system, and user guides for ongoing reference while working in Sales and Service Cloud.

Actively participated in Functional and Technical team discussions between Business teams, Analysts, developers and QA Team
:
Adapt the Salesforce platforms out:of:the:box functionality to fit an organizations uniquerequirement (Nice to have)

Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects to the Developers.

Tracking Defects / Bugs and Select Test cases for Regression Testing.
