Product Management/Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Seek to understand our (internal) customers and their needs
- Listen to customer feedback, analyse usage data, identify opportunities for improvement
- Help set the product vision, strategy and roadmap to drive business value
- Contribute to managing the backlog to align with product vision and priorities
- Work closely with developers, operations, other stakeholders, foster open communication
- Help define and report on tracking success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, SLs)
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- A good understanding of product management lifecycle and methodologies
- Competence on tools like Jira for Product backlog management
- Some hands:on experience in delivering customer or colleague products
- Capable of defining basic metrics for measuring Product and customer performance
- Able to communicate product features to customers and stakeholders
- Good and clear communication skills
- Good collaborator and team player
- Ability to work in a fast:paced, dynamic environment
