Sales And Marketing Executive

Vikarta Herbals is a growing herbal & cosmetic products manufacturer . We focus on natural, high-quality personal care solutions and are expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop& white-label business opportunities& with new and existing clients.
• Build long-term relationships with start-ups, established brands, and distributors in the herbal & cosmetic sector.
• Conduct market research to spot trends in herbal, organic, and cosmetic products.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to propose product ideas and customization options for clients.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts; track performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new white-label partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in& B2B sales or marketing, preferably in herbal, cosmetic, FMCG, or contract/white-label manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and product development processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
