Brand Manager - B2C/Branding Vertical - ECommerce - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (7-10 Yrs) Pune (Online/Digital Marketing)

Role & Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and consumer insights.- Define brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all channels.- Partner with leadership to build long-term brand equity and preference.- Manage complete brand P&L for assigned categories or business lines.Campaign Development & Execution:- Lead 360- brand campaigns-from concept to execution-across digital, social, influencer, and offline platforms.- Collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.Own the entire campaign lifecycle: - Briefing, creative ideation, production, media planning, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation.- Deliver campaigns that build awareness, shape perception, and drive measurable business impact.Creative & Content Management:- Develop compelling storytelling and brand communication strategies for social, digital, and ATL channels.- Oversee creative development of video, digital assets, and on-ground content.- Manage influencer, celebrity, and partnership collaborations to amplify brand engagement.Media Planning & Analytics:- Plan and optimize marketing spends across digital and traditional channels.- Work closely with media agencies to ensure high ROI on brand investments.- Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (awareness, reach, engagement, conversion) and derive actionable insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with Product, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand communication with business objectives.- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across customer journeys, digital assets, and partner communications.Ideal Candidate:Core Competencies:- Proven expertise in brand campaign management-creative development, production, and media execution.- Strong creative thinking with ability to translate insights into powerful brand stories.- Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.- Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies end-to-end.- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability.- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign analytics tools.- Exposure to digital marketing, media planning, and performance tracking metrics (CPM, CTR, Reach, ROI).- Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer insights, and research tools.Personal Attributes:- Strong communicator with executive presence and storytelling ability.- Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure.- Highly execution-focused, detail-oriented, and self-driven.- Collaborative leader who can influence without authority.- Passionate about building high-impact, consumer-facing brands.Eligibility Criteria:- Education: MBA in Marketing from Tier-1 IIMs only (mandatory).- Experience: Exactly 7 years in brand management or integrated marketing roles.- Industry Preference: FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands.- Location: Pune (onsite).- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.If you re a bold, creative brand leader who loves turning ideas into powerful campaigns, we d love to meet you.
