Stores Logistics Lead

About the Role We are seeking a well-qualified, experienced, and professional Stores & Logistics Department Lead to oversee and streamline the end-to-end supply chain function for our projects. This is a critical and highly responsible role , accountable for managing material movement and inventory worth over INR 100 Crores annually , ensuring seamless availability of materials at various project sites. The candidate will lead the central stores and logistics operations while maintaining strong control over planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, vendor follow-ups, and site level material distribution. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Stores, Warehouse, and Logistics operations across all active locations/sites.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock audits, and documentation for material worth 100 Cr annually.
• Develop and implement SOPs, controls, and best practices for Stores and Supply Chain processes.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project Teams, and Vendors for timely material delivery.
• Lead logistics planning, dispatch scheduling, and vehicle/transport coordination.
• Monitor material consumption, stock reconciliation, and optimize inventory levels.
• Minimize wastage, leakages, pilferage, and ensure full material accountability.
• Manage store teams at site locations and ensure their adherence to process and discipline.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and present material status to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Stores, Warehouse or Logistics Management.
• Strong leadership and team-handling experience.
• Familiarity with ERP / SAP / Inventory Management Systems.
