Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales of products and services.- This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the market and customer needs.
-The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate initiative, and have a passion for customer success.Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
-Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions or products.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
-Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
-Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer support.
-Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
-Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
-Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
-Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events when required.- Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
-Proven track record of successful sales experience is an advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good negotiation and closing skills.
-Ability to understand and explain technical or product information clearly.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
-Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events.Preferred Qualities: - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
-Time management and organizational skills.
-Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
