The Brand Strategist will act as the senior point of contact for client accounts, providing strategic guidance, building long-term relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing work. This role bridges the gap between client expectations and internal team performance, overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns across all channels.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and senior client stakeholders.- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives and market opportunities.- Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, assets, and reports.- Manage and mentor a team of account managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead the development of proposals and pitches.- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights backed by data.- Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution across touchpoints.- Maintain a deep understanding of the client s industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability for assigned accounts.Requirements:- 3 years of experience in account management or client services within a marketing or advertising agency.- Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media, etc.).- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and digital media.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Track record of building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.- Experience managing budgets and account profitability.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Nice to Have:- Background in performance marketing, CRM, or data-driven marketing.- Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).- Experience with both B2B and B2C clients across industries.
