Job Title: Lead Conversion Specialist - Software Training AcademyJob Overview:We are hiring Lead Conversion Specialist to join our Software Training Academy team. If you enjoy talking to people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping individuals kickstart their careers through education, we want to hear from you. As a Lead Conversion Specialist, you ll play a crucial role in reaching out to potential students, providing information about our courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process.Responsibilities:1. Outreach Calls:- Initiate outbound calls to individuals who have shown interest in our software training programs.- Introduce them to our courses and elucidate the advantages of joining our academy.2. Course Insight Sharing:- Offer comprehensive details about course offerings, curriculum, fees, and other pertinent information.- Address inquiries and provide lucid explanations to potential students.3. Follow-up:- Conduct follow-up calls to foster leads and stimulate enrollment.- Assist individuals in overcoming any concerns or uncertainties they may have.4. Enrollment Support:- Guide interested individuals through the enrollment process, elucidating steps and documentation requirements.- Ensure precise and complete information is gathered during the enrollment process.- Ensure accurate and timely collection of course fees.5. Data Administration:- Maintain and update records of calls, interactions, and enrollment status in our systems.- Assist in efficiently organizing and managing the lead database.6. Target Attainment:- Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead conversion, and enrollments.- Collaborate with the team to attain shared objectives.7. Feedback Collection:- Collect feedback from potential students regarding their needs and preferences.- Convey feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Any bachelor s degree or equivalent.- Previous experience in making outbound calls or customer service role is a plus.- Clear and effective verbal communication skills.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.If you re a friendly and proactive individual with a genuine interest in helping others succeed, we encourage you to apply.
