The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a strong team culture, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team toward excellence.Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and strategies aligned with company objectives.- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback.- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.- Identify new revenue opportunities and guide the team on lead generation and prospecting.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve campaigns and sales enablement.- Handle key client negotiations and support team members during high-value deals.- Ensure proper use of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data and reports.- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
