Sales Coordinator - International Market - FMCG (3-6 Yrs) Mumbai (Sales Management)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized International FMCG Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in international markets, especially in Africa, the Middle East, The role requires coordination between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and accurate documentation of all export-related activities.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with international clients, distributors, and internal teams for order processing and shipment tracking.- Prepare and manage export documentation (Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.)- Assist in responding to client inquiries and maintaining regular communication with overseas buyers and partners.- Monitor order flow and ensure timely dispatch of products.- Work with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth export operations.- Follow up on payments, documentation, and after-sales service.- Maintain sales reports, trackers, and client databases.- Support international trade shows, exhibitions, and market research activities.- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines to ensure proper and cost-effective logistics.- Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, and documentation accuracy.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors Degree (preferably in International Business, Commerce, or related field).- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG exports/international sales coordination.- Familiarity with Africa or GCC markets is a strong advantage.- Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and shipment tracking.- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (Tally/SAP preferred), and email correspondence.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to deta.
