Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Customer Relationship Executive to convert B2B leads into active clients. The role involves reaching out to potential customers through multiple communication channels - including calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email - with a focus on driving sales conversions and building lasting business relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to potential B2B clients from the provided database through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.- Present company products and services effectively to prospective clients to generate interest and drive conversions.- Maintain a strong follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals.- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with business objectives.- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and conversion updates in CRM tools or Excel sheets.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach targets.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
