-If you have a persuasive personality and love engaging with people, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in a fast-growing, customer-centric organization!Key Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Cafe Desire s products.- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.- Maintain follow-ups with leads, nurturing them into successful conversions.-Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.- Keep records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.- Stay updated with product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries.Requirements :- Candidates below 30 years of age.- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling (preferably in B2B/B2C sales process).- Immediate joiners preferred (or those currently serving a notice period).- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
