Job Description
- Position- Quality Analyst - Business Development Team- Experience - 1 yr- Location-: Bangalore, Koramangala- Working Mode- On-Site- Working Days - 5Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and evaluate BD team interactions to ensure quality and process adherence.- Audit calls, presentations, and proposals for alignment with business goals.- Review RFPs and proposals for customization and value.- Collaborate with the BD team to improve outreach and client engagement.- Identify training needs and provide performance feedback.- Track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.- Support CRM updates and maintain quality documentation.Skills & Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or business development (US/UK market).- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Detail-oriented, analytical, and team-focused.- Knowledge of B2B market trends and customer behavior.
