Job profile: E-commerce Sales and Operations executiveLocation: Charni Road, MumbaiTiming: 10 to 7 pm. Days: Monday to Saturday. (Saturdays WFH) Job Description :A) Marketplace Management and Advertising :1. Drive online sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets on Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, Tatacliq, Flipkart, etc.2. Manage e-commerce platforms: Manage and update product listings, content, discounts, prices, images, on the website and marketplaces3. Collaborate with vendors: Build strong relationships with platform vendors to resolve technical issues and optimise performance. Onboard national and international marketplaces.4. Drive campaign strategy: Create and execute advertising campaigns to drive traffic and grow sales profitably on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.5. Create digital marketing materials: Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop engaging banners and content for online platforms.B) Performance Analysis : 1. Utilize Google Sheets or Excel to create reports, track performance metrics, and present data-driven insights to Management.2. Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.3. Analyse performance metrics like conversion rates, sales data, and ROI.Job Requirements :- Minimum 3 years of expertise in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales and operations on Myntra, Amazon, or Flipkart.- Minimum 3 years of experience working and achieving online sales targets.- Strong understanding of lifestyle and fashion products and brands.- Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well under pressure and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.- An individual as well as a team player - Strong communication in English, both verbal and in writing.- Strong analytical skills and literacy with Google Sheets, Zoho, Shopify and Microsoft Office.- Should be well-versed in using the Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart marketplace dashboards.Non-Negotiable Skills :- Well-versed with platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics and marketplaces dashboards like Myntra, M-studio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc- Business understanding and Data Analytics.- P&L Management, Financial Acumen and Budget Management.- Must be from a sales-driven background (ref:updazz.com)
