The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, explaining product/services, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to achieve targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.- Provide information about products/services and generate interest.- Schedule appointments or demos as required.- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM.- Follow-up with leads and maintain consistent communication.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.- Handle objections and present suitable solutions.Requirements:- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor s degree (preferred).- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil/Hindi/Regional language - customize as needed].- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Preferred Skills:- Experience in BPO / Telemarketing / Telesales environment.- Good listening and problem-solving skills.- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
