Manager - Marketing - Electronics (4-5 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and scale performance marketing campaigns tailored to marketplace dynamics (Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto).
-Build marketing calendars and ad strategies for launches, promotions, and category pushes.
-Analyze campaign results to optimize ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
-Stay on top of marketplace algorithms, seasonal trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign decisions.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and timely execution.
-Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance dashboards and growth insights with leadership. Requirements:- 4-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in performance/digital marketing agencies or consumer brands.
-Proven success in managing paid campaigns and visibility on Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto (other platforms like Amazon, Myntra, BigBasket are a plus).
-Experience in the electronics or consumer durables category is highly preferred.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills - comfortable with dashboards, performance metrics, and iterative testing.
-Gurgaon-based (or willing to relocate) and open to a fast-paced, in-office culture.
