Location: - Jalgaon , Maharashtra Job Type: On Roll Job Description We are looking for a motivated Associate Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Set clear sales targets for your team and provide guidance and support to ensure achievement.
-Ensure your advisors priorities customer needs and deliver exceptional service, providing the right financial solutions.
-Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
-Train new joiners and coach them for consistent sales - Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
-Conduct field visits and assist in closing major deals Qualification & Experience: - Graduation (Any stream) - Mandatory - Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
-Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
