They identify customer needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and handle policy renewals and modifications, while staying current and updated on industry trends and regulations. Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the BFSI sector.
-Identify new business opportunities and pursue them effectively.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in BFSI clients.- Manage and expand existing client relationships.
-Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
-Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
