General Summary: responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost:effectiveness by developing new processes, analyzing data, and solving production problems. Key duties include creating and updating work instructions and process documentation, collaborating with cross:functional teams, managing process improvement projects, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and supporting the introduction of new products and automated equipment

Process optimization:Continuously improve current manufacturing processes and develop new ones to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield while reducing costs and waste.

Documentation and procedures:Create and maintain process flow charts, work instructions, and other technical documentation related to process changes or new products.

Problem:solving:Analyze process data to identify root causes of problems and provide technical assistance to manufacturing to resolve issues related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Project management:Lead and manage projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing downtime, including validating project results and preparing reports.

Collaboration:Work closely with design engineers, automation engineers, and production staff to support new product introductions, implement engineering changes, and ensure smooth integration of new processes and equipment.

Compliance and safety: Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor 's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, E and TC, or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience
OR
Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 7 years of experience
Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Fiber Optic processes.
:
Proficient in Fiber connector termination and root cause analysis using quality tools.
:
Ability to interpret BOM structures and technical drawings.
:
Familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills across various levels and disciplines.
