What You 'll Build
As aPostgreSQL Database Administrator, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing the databases that powerSAP Document Management Service (DMS)- a cloud:based enterprise content management solution supporting mission:critical SAP applications worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:

Installing, configuring, and maintainingPostgreSQL databasesacross production and non:production environments.

Performingquery tuning, indexing, replication, high availability (HA)setup, anddisaster recovery planning.

Partnering with application and development teams to design efficient schemas and optimize SQL performance.

Managing and monitoringcloud:based PostgreSQL deployments(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Ensuringdatabase security, scalability, performance, andautomationthrough scripting and proactive monitoring.

of hands:on experience as aPostgreSQL DBAin production environments.

Strong expertise inSQL performance tuning,database internals, andreplication techniques.

Proficiency inLinux/Unix systems,DevOps, andCI/CD pipelines.

Solidprogramming and scripting skills- exposure toJava, Python, orREST APIsis a plus.
