We are looking for an energetic HR Executive who can handle both& HR operations & and& end-to-end recruitment & for technical and support roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle HR operations: attendance, documentation, and employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement and HR communications.
• Support performance management and policy implementation.

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA in HR or related field.
• 1 3 years of HR & recruitment experience (preferably in engineering/design firms).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hiring for Tekla, Revit, or BIM roles is an advantage.
