Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives who will visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell POSCA Tea . The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy fieldwork, and have good communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops daily to generate orders for POSCA Tea .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product visibility and brand placement at counters.
• Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer suggestions.
• Maintain proper sales records and report to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams for smooth operations.
