Hi!We have an urgent opening for Placement / SIP Manager with our client which is India s leading & largest University group.Please find below the JD for your reference.JOB DESCRIPTION:- To work for students internship placement of Post Graduate Management students.- To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market.Placements & Internshipsa) To provide quality placements to graduating students.b) Responsible for organizing summer internships in companies that are most likely to offer conversion into final placements, as much as possible.c) To collect the job announcement / description - requirements, job details, and specifications from the representatives of each interested organization and share the same with the students - in a timely manner.d) Coordinate with the internal members of the institute for smooth conduct of the placement process.Key Roles and Responsibilities:a) Responsible for nurturing and maintaining corporate relationships.b) Ensuring achievement of placement targets.c) Adding new companies year-on-year.d) Willing to travel within and outside the city.e) Complete on a timely basis, all placement related functions and on-boarding of students.Other attributes:1.
