This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector, particularly with B2B sales and operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep regional knowledge, the ability to build and lead sales teams, develop B2B relationships, and scale operations in line with the company s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Regional Business Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for sales, partnerships, distribution, service, and operations in the assigned states.- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor local sales and operations teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.- B2B Sales and Partnerships: Drive direct sales to businesses, fleet operators, government bodies, and channel partners.
