Cyber Media Research - Audience Acquisition Executive - Marketing (3-6 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Key Responsibilities: Database Management:- Work with internal and external databases to identify relevant target personas for each event.- Segment and refine data based on event theme, industry vertical, company size, and designation. Audience Targeting & Outreach:- Prepare and send personalized email invites to shortlisted personas.- Collaborate with the creative and content team to align messaging with the event s positioning.- Track open and response rates, and optimize email campaigns accordingly. Registration Management:- Follow up with interested leads to drive registrations via email or phone.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invitees, registrants, and confirmed attendees.- Identify and remove irrelevant or non-target profiles from the list. Telecalling & Agency Coordination:- Liaise with external tele-calling vendors/agencies to ensure timely and quality follow-ups.- Provide updated calling lists, track daily progress, and troubleshoot issues. Speaker and Panelist Coordination:- Identify and invite relevant thought leaders and industry experts as speakers or panelists.
-Manage confirmation, logistics, and communication touchpoints for all speakers. Onsite Support:- This role requires traveling across the country to manage on-ground attendee check-ins and VIP coordination at physical events.Skills & Qualifications:- 3-6 years of experience in audience acquisition, event marketing, or B2B lead generation (experience with IT/technology personas is a strong plus).- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and email marketing platforms.-Working knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional databases for prospecting.-Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders-internal teams, agencies, and clients.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
