YouTube Channel Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious& YouTube Channel Manager & to grow a fast-moving personal brand channel. You will be responsible for increasing subscribers, views, and audience engagement using creativity, analytics, and hustle.

• Growth & Strategy: & Build and implement monthly growth plans to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
• Content Calendar: & Plan video drops, Shorts, and live sessions based on audience insights and trending topics.
• Optimization: & Write catchy titles, descriptions, and tags; ensure SEO-friendly uploads.
• Analytics & Reporting: & Track weekly performance via YouTube Studio; monitor what s working and what s not.
• Community Building: & Reply to comments, boost interaction, and nurture an active and positive community.
• Collaboration: & Coordinate with editors, thumbnail designers, and the channel owner for seamless publishing.
• Trendspotting: & Stay sharp on Indian and global YouTube trends especially those relevant to Gen Z and aspirational youth.
• Experimentation: & Test thumbnail styles, hooks, and posting times to continuously improve CTR and watch time.
• Cross-Platform Promotion: & Repurpose videos for Instagram Reels, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to drive traffic to YouTube.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or fresher passionate about YouTube, content, and digital storytelling.
• A& hustler mindset you take initiative, learn fast, and figure things out independently.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of what Indian audiences love emotion, entertainment, and inspiration.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
• Goal-oriented: you measure success by numbers views, subscribers, and engagement.
• Values teamwork but takes complete ownership of results.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Subscriber and view growth rate per month.
• CTR (Click-Through Rate) and average watch time.
• Upload consistency (no missed publishing deadlines).
• Audience engagement and community retention.
• Successful repurposing of content across social media.
