Required Documentation Controller - Mumbai

Core responsibilities :- 1.) Document management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of project documents, from creation and revision to archiving and disposal.
2.) Filing and organization: Maintain a system for organizing and storing both electronic and hard copy documents, including technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
3.) Document distribution: Ensure the correct, up-to-date versions of documents are distributed to the right people at the right time.
4.) Quality control: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper signatures before they are filed or distributed.
5.) Version control: Manage document versions to prevent conflicts and ensure everyone is working with the most current information.
6.) Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with company procedures, client requirements, and legal and regulatory standards.
