We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated young individuals with good communication skills (Hindi and English) to join our team as& 'DIGITAL CUSTOMER SPECIALISTS ' (DCS 's).& 'DCS 's ' are required to :

• Manage our users by answering product and service related questions to ensure excellent service standards
• Maintain high user satisfaction. DCS will be the voice of& mPokket& interacting with our users, to solve product and service issues.

Based on the skills required to manage the above role and responsibility, the 'selected ' candidate/s will be onboarded as per our internal processes.
