Travel Consultant (0-3 Yrs) Bangalore (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets-Research and present suitable travel options, including destinations, transportation, and accommodations- Book travel services such as hotels, car rentals, resorts, and homestays- Provide clients with detailed travel itineraries, and travel insurance options- Handle changes, cancellations, and other issues related to bookings in a timely and professional manner- Maintain client records and build long-term relationships for repeat business- Meet sales targets and maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services- Provide after-sales support and resolve any travel-related issues clients may encounterRequirements:- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role- Knowledge of travel booking software- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)- Passion for travel and destination knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
