Job Summary:The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for calling potential customers, explaining the company s services, and converting leads into sales. The role focuses on promoting research and academic support services and maintaining good relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company s research services.- Handle incoming calls and answer queries from students, scholars, and professionals.- Follow up with interested clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.- Maintain a proper record of calls, leads, and client details in the database.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets given by the management.- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.- Coordinate with the business development and marketing team for lead updates.- Share customer feedback with the team to improve services.Skills & Qualifications:- Any degree (freshers or experienced can apply).- Good communication and convincing skills.- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM preferred).- Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi added advantage).Preferred Qualities:- Confident and polite on phone calls.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Team player with a positive attitude.
