About the Role:We are looking for a Performance Marketer with proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, creativity in ad strategies, and the ability to deliver measurable results that align with client objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights.- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.- Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve performance goals.- Create detailed campaign performance reports and present them to clients/management.
