Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Lead Generation professional to identify, qualify, and nurture potential institutional clients in the higher education sector - including universities, colleges, and education groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech, ERP/SIS solutions, digital transformation, or academic technology sales, and will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities :- Research, identify, and generate new qualified leads within the higher education ecosystem through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, etc.).- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects including universities, colleges, and schools.- Conduct outreach campaigns to introduce products/services(Safety Solutions)- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities.- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information.- Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns and events.- Schedule Mock Ups and discovery meetings for the sales team.- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify new outreach opportunities.Key Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- 2-6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development - ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or higher education solutions.- Strong understanding of the higher education decision-making cycle (academics, IT, admissions, administration).- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).- Excellent communication and email writing skills.- Strong research and data mining capabilities.- Goal-oriented with a focus on measurable results and lead quality.KPIs / Performance Metrics- Number of qualified leads generated per month.- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.- Database growth and CRM hygiene.- Meeting/demo appointments booked for the sales team.
