Real Estate Sales Representative

Job Title:& Senior Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:& End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM& Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties. Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.&
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage MS office& Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience : A graduate from any discipline is preferred 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred. Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers) Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month) CTC 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only) 5 Day work week Earn ESOPs on every deal closed Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets Upon achieving 6 deals, you will be eligible for managing teams International opportunities based on performance and tenure&
