Key Responsibilities:- Manage area/geography allocation and progress review- Build and maintain relationships with sourcing partners- Conduct daily joint calls (sales & source visits)- Recruit and validate new channel partners- Lead daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews- Coordinate with credit team for loan applications and status updatesProfile:- Graduate degree- 3-5 years of team handling experience- Experience in Home Loan/Mortgage preferred- Strong leadership, communication, and sales orientation skillsReady to take your career to the next level?
