Post : Tele Sales Executive B2B Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. 3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. 4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and industry trends. 5. Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and offer tailored Product. 6. Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations and demos. 7. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals. 8. Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management. 10. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and customer needs.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong sales and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Time management and organizational skills. 5. Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor 's degree preferred. 2. 6 months -1 years of sales experience, depending on the industry and company.
