Franchise Sales Executive

- Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable commercial properties for franchise expansion.- Conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies, including demographic, catchment, and competition analysis.- Manage the full leasing lifecycle from site identification and negotiation to final agreement execution.- Negotiate commercial l-ease terms, renewals, and amendments in alignment with company policies and financial objectives.- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, and Operations to review and finalize lease documentation.- Liaise with franchise partners, landlords, and brokers to ensure smooth transaction execution and site readiness.- Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records for all leasing activities.- Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide insights that inform real estate strategies.
