In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential properties, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
• Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of residential listings.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
• Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and beyond.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process.
• Prepare and manage necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions. Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in residential real estate sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
