Job Description
Job Descriptions:
  • Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
  • Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
  • Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
  • Conduct research and due diligence investigations to understand the market
  • Develop strategies to discover potential investors.
  • Analyze risk and offer financial advice.
  • Prepare reports, models and forecasts.
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Maintain licenses and certifications.
  • Manage IPOs.
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
  • Create presentations for client portfolios.
  • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
    Qualifications / Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor 's degree in finance, economics or related, required
  • Ready to work with Start-ups or have experience in Start-ups
  • Certified Financial Adviser certification, required
  • Series 7 and 66, required
  • 3 years of experience as an investment banker or underwriter
  • Knowledge of market trends
  • Knowledge of securities regulations and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Experience with valuation, modelling and financial forecasting, Budgeting, MIS Reporting
    Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
    Pay: 12550-18850 per month
