Job SummaryThe Sales Distribution & Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing product distribution to customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines sales coordination, logistics support, and customer service to achieve efficient order fulfillment and promote business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Distribution- Coordinate and monitor daily product distribution to wholesalers, retailers, and direct customers.- Manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.- Ensure accurate stock management and timely replenishment.- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.- Track sales performance, identify market opportunities, and support sales targets.- Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, pricing, and contracts.- Assist in route planning and optimize delivery schedules to minimize cost and improve service.Customer Service- Serve as the main contact point for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Provide accurate product information, availability, and delivery timelines.- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure quality service.- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.- Maintain positive and long-term relationships with key clients.Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zoho).- Good understanding of logistics, sales, and customer relationship management.- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
