About the Role:- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Noida team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential customers for CRM solutions like Zoho, Salesforce, and AI-driven platforms in the India market. You will be responsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through research, outreach, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

-Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
-Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, qualify them based on defined criteria, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
-Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
-CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM for tracking and follow-ups.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
