The counsellor helps learners understand Skillofy_AI s courses, assists them in selecting the right program, and supports them from enquiry to enrolment.Key Responsibilities:- Handle leads, and inquiries from students and parents.- Explain course details, fees, and placement support clearly and effectively.- Counsel students based on their interests, background, and career goals.- Maintain student follow-up through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve student engagement.- Update CRM records and track lead conversions.- Participate in online and offline admission drives.Required Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good understanding of education and training markets.- Ability to counsel and convert students with empathy and clarity.- Basic knowledge of AI, technology, and digital learning (preferred).- Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
