Community Manager - Community/Experience Leads in EdTech & Youth Platforms - e.g., managers who design and run campus programs, student ambassador networks, or pan-India engagement campaigns.- Events & Experiences Leads(ref- candidates who have worked in brands like Under 25) - professionals from large-scale event agencies or cultural organizations who handle end-to-end planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of multi-campus/large youth events.- Community Heads in Startups - people managing offline online engagement for youth-focused brands (fashion, lifestyle, sports, or food delivery platforms with campus presence).- Program Managers in Impact/Leadership Programs - those who have led fellowships, youth accelerators, or national-level community initiatives.Qualifications Must-Have : - Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.- Preferred but not mandatory: MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes with specialization in Marketing/Events/Communications.
