Responsibilities:- Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging and compelling content for digital platforms.- Collaborate with writers, directors, and producers to create promo videos, teasers, and short-form narratives.- Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.- Ensure all content aligns with StoryTV s creative vision and audience expectations.- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, OTT-style distribution, etc.).- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and storytelling formats.Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience as a Video Editor in entertainment, digital media, or advertising.- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in short-form content.- Basic knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and sound design.- Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
