Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into active users or partners.
Conduct field visits to onboard vendors and service professionals.
Maintain proper records of daily activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Support customers by answering queries and providing accurate information.
Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and performance goals.
Report progress to the team leader and update data in CRM/Excel.
Ensure customer satisfaction and help resolve any service issues quickly.
Represent Neo Marketing Solutions professionally in the local market.
