Job Description: We are hiring experienced professionals for Mortgage Servicing Inbound & Outbound Voice Process. The role involves handling customer resolution calls, payment support, escrow/payoff queries, and delinquency management.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to collections, payments, payoff, escrow, document requests, billing inquiries, and account status.- Contact borrowers using dialer to resolve delinquency via Speedpay and other loss mitigation options.- Provide accurate information using scripted materials and ensure high-quality customer service.- Resolve customer issues related to mortgage loans and escalate cases as required.- Coordinate with internal teams to support complex customer problems.Required Skills:- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice / Customer Service / Collections.- Prior mortgage or BFSI experience preferred.- Excellent communication & active listening skills.- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.- Experience using CRM, dialers and call resolution systems.Eligibility Travel Boundaries: Only candidates residing within 1.5 km from the nearest railway station in the below areas are eligible to apply:Central Line: Kalyan to Sion Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (Excluding Taloja & Sukhapur) Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road) Shift & Weekly Off: Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)Weekly Off: 2 rotational offsPerks & Benefits: Lucrative performance-based incentives Cab facility for safe and convenient travel allowance included medical insurance coverage Work-life balance with 2 weekly offs.Sutherland never requests payment or favors in exchange for job opportunities.
