Regional Sales Manager - Home Loan (8-15 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore (BFSI Sales)

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to spearhead our Affordable Housing - Home Loans business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.Key Requirements :- Education : Graduation in any discipline. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.- Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in sales in the home loan or financial services industry.- Proven track record of managing and growing a team of DSAs or similar channel partners.- Experience in sales strategy development and execution.- Drive the sales performance and growth of the home loan vertical within the assigned region.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the business.- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new DSA partners and increase market share.- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and potential opportunities for growth.- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the region.- Provide guidance and support to DSAs in achieving their sales targets and maximizing their performance.- Develop strong relationships with key DSAs and channel partners to maintain a productive and mutually beneficial partnership.Interested candidates may share their updated CV Subject Line: Application - RSM (Home Loans - DSA Vertical, Affordable Housing) - [Region] (ref:updazz.com)
