Senior Sales Executive - Polymers (5-10 Yrs) Navi Mumbai/Mumbai (B2B/Corporate Sales)

- Department: Sales & Marketing- Location: Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai- Reporting To: Senior Sales Manager - PolymersJob Purpose:To drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and expand market presence for the company s polymer products such as PVC regrind, virgin polymers, masterbatches, and related materials. The role involves business development, customer retention, and achieving sales targets through strategic marketing and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets in the polymer segment.- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in manufacturing, extrusion, and recycling industries.- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.- Manage end-to-end sales process - from inquiry handling to order closing and post-sales service.- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.- Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, new product trends, and customer preferences.- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within company policies.- Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.- Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars to promote company products.- Support technical trials and product demonstrations at client sites when required.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of polymers, plastics, PVC, regrind, and resin grades.- Excellent B2B sales and negotiation skills.- Ability to build rapport with clients and distributors.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Data-driven approach to sales planning and forecasting.- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate in Chemistry / Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration (preferred).- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the polymer or plastics industry (regrind, resin, masterbatch, or additives).- Proven track record in industrial or raw material sales.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
