Content Writer/Proposal Writer (2-5 Yrs) Bangalore (Content/Design)

Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality MS PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents, and proposal deliverables that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
-Create and design very high-quality corporate decks, customer pitch decks, templates, and marketing collaterals with a strong focus on visual storytelling and brand consistency.
-Convert strategic inputs and messaging from senior stakeholders into impactful storylines and visually engaging designs tailored to the target audience.
-Draft and customize standard business and technical proposal responses in customer provided templates by leveraging internal knowledge repositories and past submissions.
-Research, write, and edit case studies, blogs, and update knowledge repository on an ongoing basis.
-Draft Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work and any other contract documents utilizing existing templates.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all deliverables.
-Ensure timely, high-quality, and well-structured outputs while maintaining continuous communication and stakeholder engagement.
-Participate in daily cadences, internal and external meetings, prepare & circulate minutes of meeting with action items as per team requirements. Experience & Skills Fitment:- Any graduate with 2-5 years of experience in IT services - Knowledge of SDLC (waterfall, agile scrum) - Advanced level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel with excellent creative skills - Excellent writing, drafting, designing & formatting including proof-reading skills and an eye for detail - Basic understanding of Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies - Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with willingness to stay committed to the task - Prior exposure to Retail/CPG industry (good to have) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
